User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and payment information
- Ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid
- Review booking details before confirmation
- Comply with hotel/airline policies and local laws
- Not misuse our platform for fraudulent activities
Bookings & Confirmations
- Booking confirmation is subject to supplier availability
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with voucher/itinerary
- Hotel check-in/check-out times are determined by the property
- Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- Applicable taxes and service fees will be displayed before payment
- Payment confirmation does not guarantee booking until supplier confirmation is received
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Hotel service quality issues or disputes with service providers
- Delays, cancellations, or force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- Losses due to incorrect information provided by users
- Third-party website links or services
- Changes in supplier policies or pricing
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of C2C Journeys and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
