General Cancellation Guidelines
- Cancellation charges depend on the hotel's individual cancellation policy
- Some bookings may be non-refundable
- Free cancellation (if applicable) must be done within the hotel's allowed timeframe
- Cancellation policies are displayed at the time of booking

Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges vary based on timing and booking type:

*Actual charges depend on the hotel's specific policy displayed at the time of booking.
Important Notes
- No-shows: If you don't show up without cancelling, 100% of the booking amount may be charged
- Modified bookings: Date changes may incur charges based on rate differences
- Group bookings: Special cancellation policies may apply
- Peak seasons: Stricter cancellation policies may apply during holidays and peak travel periods
Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events:
- We will work with suppliers to provide the best possible resolution
- Credit vouchers may be offered for future travel
- Refunds will be processed as per supplier policies
