General Cancellation Guidelines

  • Cancellation charges depend on the hotel's individual cancellation policy
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable
  • Free cancellation (if applicable) must be done within the hotel's allowed timeframe
  • Cancellation policies are displayed at the time of booking

How to Cancel a Booking

Option 1: Online

Login to your booking dashboard and select the booking you want to cancel. Follow the cancellation process.

Option 2: Contact Support

Reach out to our support team via email or phone with your booking reference number.

Cancellation confirmation will be shared via email. Please keep this for your records.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges vary based on timing and booking type:

Cancellation Timing Typical Charges*
Within free cancellation window No Charges
7+ days before check-in 10-25% of booking value
3-7 days before check-in 25-50% of booking value
Less than 3 days before check-in 50-100% of booking value
Non-refundable bookings 100% (No Refund)

*Actual charges depend on the hotel's specific policy displayed at the time of booking.

Important Notes

  • No-shows: If you don't show up without cancelling, 100% of the booking amount may be charged
  • Modified bookings: Date changes may incur charges based on rate differences
  • Group bookings: Special cancellation policies may apply
  • Peak seasons: Stricter cancellation policies may apply during holidays and peak travel periods

Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events:

  • We will work with suppliers to provide the best possible resolution
  • Credit vouchers may be offered for future travel
  • Refunds will be processed as per supplier policies
